2. Products
The products offered for sale on the website www.miranbella.com are natural hair care products. Each product is presented with a detailed description. The photos are for illustrative purposes only.
3. Price
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Miranbella reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of the order.
4. Order
The order is confirmed once payment is validated. A confirmation will be sent to you by email. Miranbella reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an existing dispute with a customer.
5. Payment
Payments are secured via the Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay platforms.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered within France and Europe. Delivery times vary between 2 and 5 business days (France) from the date of shipment. Shipping costs are indicated during checkout.
7. Cancellation & Returns
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Miranbella cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product. Products must be stored under suitable conditions (room temperature, away from light).
