
What actions should we take at night?
Nighttime is a key time in the care of textured hair . Friction against the pillow, lack of protection, or a tense sleeping position can break, dry out, and flatten the curl pattern.
Your ideal nighttime routine:

Gently loosen the hair, or gather it into a "pineapple" shape.

Use a satin/silk bonnet or scarf , or a satin pillowcase.
- If your hair is very dry, add a dab of cream or 2-3 drops of Elixir before going to sleep
